Southwest Kustomz

I went here because they had done a fairly good job with one of my friends car, they seemed real down to earth and i figured my car would be in and out and handled well. The day i took the car to get an "estimate" the owner JOE persuaded us to leave the car there that same day to speed up the process. I was a bit reluctant but ended up leaving the car there. he had given me a 7-10 day period for the car to be complete. The insurance guys went out there within 3 days and issued the check to start work. after about a week i had called for the statis, he said my car would be done the following thursday. (by the way they never called me, i was the one calling them) i waited till thursday and went to look at the car ( now being in their hands for 2 weeks) nothing was really done, the ony thing they did was buff out the scratches. now they changed my date to the following monday. same thing happened no work had been done besides the buffing. then they said the following thursday, then friday, then FOR REALS THIS TIME SATURDAY AT NOON, This is 5 weeks in going on 6 Weeks. we go to get the car( because no one answers) and to our surpise no one is working,they are closed. i have still not gotten my car, i feel they bull sh*ted me around and took advantage. will defintly not recommend to anyone. unless of cousre its okay with you to be without a car 5 weeks longer.
