Bought an air conditioner through a company that used Southwest Mechanical as their contractor for install / repair. I was told they would give me a call back within 48 hours to set up an appointment to fix my air conditioner. After 2 weeks of leaving messages with their answering service and being promised to receive a call back, I have given up with this company. The owner Tom has spoken with the company that I bought the air conditioner through and have the service warranty with numerous times. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER TWO WEEKS TO SIMPLY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIR. That's not even for the wait for an appointment! That's two weeks for him to take two minutes out of his day to honor his contract and simply schedule an appointment. Ridiculous!! I would never recommend this company.
