This place chopped my yorkie up bad. I explained to the woman that I wanted my yorkie with long hair just trimmed and she completely shaved him. She charged more that other groomers, there was lack of service and she hurt my yorkie. I noticed that she left cuts on his genitals where she shaved him. Really bad experience do not recommend to anyone that loves their dog.

I took my cat here and will never return even if they paid me to. I made a 1:00 'appointment.' When I dropped my cat off neither the husband nor the wife (the only two people that work there) were even there...they had the guy that was renovating the place watching over the animals. Should have turned around right then! Well, 2:00 rolls around and I call just to check on my cat's status. The guy answers and he's at Home Depot and he would "call her and have her call me." Call never came. I called two more times at like 3:30, and 4:30. Guy was STILL at home depot and the woman never called me back. When I finally got some info on what the hell was going on with my cat it was about 4:30 and they said it would still be another hour. I asked HAVE YOU EVEN STARTED ON HER YET? And they said YES. Well the MORON called me back about 10 min. later and ASKED IF I COULD COME AND HELP THEM B/C MY CAT WAS BEING MEAN. WHAT?!?!?! WHAT THE HELL? SO I GO OVER THERE AND AFTER KNOCKING ON THE LOCKED DOOR A REALLY TRASHY WOMAN WITH A BLACK EYE LET ME IN AND EXPLAINED THAT MY CAT KEPT TRYING TO BITE HER WHEN SHE OPENED THE CARRIER. SHE THOUGHT THAT IT MIGHT BE B/C THE CAT HAD BEEN AROUND ALL THOSE DOGS ALL DAY. I WAS LIKE GEEZ, YA THINK??!! SO SHE WANTED ME TO TRY AND GET THE CAT OUT AND HOLD IT...ISN'T THAT WHAT I'M PAYING YOU TO DO YOU IDIOT GROOMER? AT THAT POINT I JUST PICKED UP MY CARRIER AND WALKED OUT. THE LADY ACTUALLY SAID...'I HOPE YOU'RE NOT MAD AT ME.' SO AFTER 4 HOURS...MY CAT LEFT WITHOUT ANYTHING DONE TO HER, BESIDES, OF COURSE, BEING TORTURED BY DOGS WHILE IN A SMALL CARRIER ALL DAY.
