Stay away! This place deserves zero stars. I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal. I was having my face done (upper lip, chin, sideburns). I was hesitant at arrival because the place smelled bad. Karrie took me to a small room and told me to lie on the chair/bed. There was an old sheet type of covering on it that appeared not to have been changed for some time. Karrie did not use any gloves and used very little (almost none) cooling gel on only some of my face but none on my cheekbones. The lack of cooling gel on my cheekbones resulted in her burning my face. I had to have her stop because it was so painful. I have two scars on one of my cheekbones and one on the other. She tried to tell me it was normal, it is NOT. I’m just glad she didn’t finish doing my entire face, or I would be scarred for life all over my face. The scars are the size of the laser head she used.

I totally agree with previous review. I purchased the Groupon for the 4 Laser Acne Treatments. Evidentally the employee there named Karrie Jarrett was supposed to be providing the service, after I left 3 voicemails in a two week period, I called Groupon to get my money back. It is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to treat potentail clients as if their time is not of value. Do yourself a favor and go to a salon that is of value, respectful and understands what customer service is. Besides, when it comes to trusting people to use lasers on your face... no amount of savings is worth taking a chance on incompetent and lazy people!
