I was in town with my volleyball team for a tournament. While we were there we wanted to go oit and the Orlando nightlife. We called a couple of different companies and they were not interested in helping us. Our team has 13 women on it. When we called Statewide, Alex answered the phone. He was very polite but very direct and to the point. We told him what we needed and he arranged to have two vans at our hotel to pick us up. He even gave us ideas of places we could go AND they picked us back up at the end of the night. Alex was amazingly helpful to us. Maybe those of you that had a problem with him caused it yourselves by being idiots on the phone. They maybe a taxi service but like any business they need to assist a customer and move to the next. They don't have time to hand hold people and deal with bullsh*#.
