Poor Form:
PLEASE BE AWARE of the hiring practices of Stephanie Goto. She regularly interviews and asks for 'trial day's of candidates, only to have them work a full 9 hour day without pay and insists more trial days are needed before hiring. She 'tests' out people for her team only to never hire them, compensate them, or even give them the courtesy of an answer to employment status. Her 'team' which truly only comprises of herself and one other full time and one part time employee, sit in complete silence throughout the day living in seemingly terror of her strict rules and practices of the studio space. If her hiring and managerial styles translate to her abilities as an architect please be advised before hiring her firm.
