I went there to get a bolt for my chain saw handle.The technician told me to leave it there and they would put a bolt in it later.I went back the next day and the woman at the counter said I "Owed"$25.00.I was livid..I told her that I only wanted a 50 cent bolt...she said that they had to "test"it...It didn't need testing..the handle was loose because the lower bolt fell out.I paid the $25 for the 50 cent bolt but they will never get another dime out of me...

This "Certified" shop needs to be UN-Certified. Rude, slovenly and self important owner is what greets you when you stop by. She is about as helpful as teets on a bull. Sloppy technicians are no better than back yard amateurs. Gave my rider back 5 weeks later with the fuel lines disconnected, no oil in the engine, coveredin oily grime and a $500 bill. Worst experience I ever had with a supposed "Certified Shop". The owner acts like she is stuck on permanent menses.No quality control whatsoever and even customer care.
