Like the reviewer before me, my family had the same experience in regards to the posted business hours. We've been to Dr. Phillips' clinic many times before, this time we were rushing there because my son had a serious allergic reaction, possibly to the antibiotic he recently took. We arrived at 7:40pm and found the doors locked!!! We wasted valuable time and had to research and rush to another center. Very troubling situation. Winter hours are clearly posted..the office hours are until 8pm.

Some history......We've been attending this urgent care for 3-4yrs. On a visit a few years back, my wife showed up about 15 mins before closing, yet she was told that they stopped accepting patients 15 mins prior to that. So they actually closed about 30 minutes before the stated closing time??? Makes no sense, but at the time, it wasn't a big deal since we really liked the doctor.

Today, I called in advance to check the hours of operation, and let them know that my wife was heading over there with my daughter, mind you this was about 20 mins till closing. My wife gets there at 2 mins till closing, and the doors are locks. She waits a minute after pulling on the doors a few times, yet no one comes to open. Absolutely amazing that I called to let them know someone was coming and then they just lock the doors early as if I'd never called. It is ridiculous way to run a business in that manner and I made sure to call and let them know what I thought.

Again, the doctor has always been great, but the frustration of driving over there with a sick child just to be turned away is too much. We do not plan on returning to this urgent care again.

The Doctor who runs this place is by far one of the best Pediatrician/Doctors I have ever met! He honestly cares for his patients. He explains everything (draws pictures) in a simple straight forward way. My children and I have never understood an ear infection and its causes as we do now. I find myself bringing the boys here instead of their regular Pediatrician...I would MOST CERTAINLY Recommend this place!!! You wont leave disappointed and you will have the peace of mind knowing your children have received the BEST possible care!

A very open minded pediatrician who takes time to explain the situation and give the appropriate remedy. He is one of the best doctors that I have seen in the valley. Highly Recommended!!!
