Fun Company with Excellent Growth:
I decided to write a review because my son is going through the training program at Synergy. I am so proud of the changes in his attitude and work ethic. He's a college graduate. He used to go from job to job with lack of motivation to even show up to work. I was scared that he wasn't going to get to where he wants to be. Then he started working with Synergy Expansion in San Jose. Within 2 weeks I notice a complete change with his attitude. He looks awake and excited to go to work. He's no longer irritated with everything and suddenly has this "can do" attitude with everything. I asked him to help me with some work in the garage... we didn't even fight. He just said "Sure dad!" Is this my son?! Really!
I'm so glad he is working towards something. He has an opportunity to work for himself and if this is helping him then great! I even spoke to the regional manager there and he said that most of this training program changes your mentality towards work and your career. I wish I was taught some of this stuff early on. It seems to me that Synergy Expansion teaches life lessons that you can never buy from a school. They are honest and reliable people. Once you really take time to understand their system it all makes sense.

Crazy excited, wicked cool.:
I applied to the ad after being out of work for so long, and using the most high tech methods, various job boards, playing phone tag with receptionists and human resource departments. Ironically I stumbled on this ad the old fashioned way: reading the paper while I went to lunch.
I was lucky to have an interview with the regional manager right away. He explained what he was doing and what he was looking for: Self motivated individuals with a good attitude who were willing to learn how to run a business from the ground up. Now you know how in some interviews they ask you what are some of your best qualities? Now some people will say they’re punctual, they’re a hard worker, they’re a people person, etc. I just said I was patient, willing to give things time to grow. I must’ve said the magic phrase, since I was called back for a second interview. It was an in depth account about how the business and the model they use. They were a wholesale company dealing with fragrances, we were going to learn all aspects of the business, from the marketing, to training others how to market, how to manage a group of people, and the administrative work that comes with running a branch location.
At the end of second interview, he asked the same question, and I said the same answer. Maybe to see if you’re consistent with your answer? Whatever the case, I got the call back and was selected. I was so ecstatic after being out of work for so long, ready to get to work.
When I came in the following week in the morning, I was amazed to see the people who were wide awake and were really happy to be there. That is what still sticks with me to this day, the high energy and great attitude in the work place.
Like some of the previous reviews state, we learn to market the product to businesses, but we’re free to market it any way we wish.
The one thing the branch managers stress after you learn the marketing, is to train others. They stress they don’t want just sales people; they want people who are going to pass on what they have learned to others. After all, being the boss is about delegating tasks, kind of like a sports coach, right? You don’t see the coach playing the game.
One of the universal truths is that the key to wealth is to acquire income in a different manner than what we’re used to. Making real wealth won’t happen when you just trade time for money which is what a job is. You’ll be focused solely on that income, and really don’t have the time to make that income work for you. That’s what I picked up not just in this company, but in business in general. This may not be for everyone, but its worth checking out if you’ve been on the job search for a while.

Out of the mold.:
I was sick of the office politics at my old office job, wanted to do something different, something for myself. What struck me was the people working there, when I got hired, they were genuinely motivated not just to be at work, but genuinely interested in other people’s success. They taught me not just the fundamentals of their business (wholesaling fragrances) but fundamentals of running your own business in general: Having a great attitude, having a positive outlook, and taking real interest in maximizing people’s full potential. Call them for more information and see what they’re about, see if this is for you.

Fun people, serious business.:
In most work environments it was cut and dry. Show up, punch in, punch out. The work environment was droll and tortuous. I know that work is work, but can’t you have a little fun at least?
I must have impressed them, because next thing you know, I’m ready to start Tuesday morning. I’m greeted by the people who are excited to be there... They didn’t look like the living dead like at my last job …even they were having a lot fun, the money potential they were talking about was serious business. The one thing that attracted to me the most was potential for growth. Granted, I’m working harder than at a normal job, but I’m having a lot of fun doing it! It’s definitely different than what most people are used to, but I know that with this company I have control of my future.

If you want to check out something different, something that offers more than what you’re used to, give them a call at (408) 642-1563.
