Technique

Located at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and managed by its students, Technique serves French fare. Students make use of seasonal ingredients to practice creating what they have learned, and patrons are treated to some exquisite dishes. The restaurant is available for private events and also offers catering services.

We're very proud of our restaurant and the professionalism of our student chefs and servers. Many customers return again and again to enjoy our exemplary service and delicious meals. All aspects of food service and preparation are executed by our students under the supervision of our instructors.
