Samsung 59DThese people screwed up my exchange with Samsung. My television stopped working after 1 1/2 months. I had my screen replaced & the TV worked just fine for another 3 weeks & then the color faded out. Bascially the entire screen has gone to a dark contrast. These guys come out run a quick test and say the TV is fine. I try to show them using a video game that the colors are bleeding. These guys barely even give me eye contact let alone even want to listen to what I'm saying. I've finally received my exchange but their inaccurate review of my television held up my exchange for months. Complete a@!%!**s. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!
