Awful! If there is one word to describe my experience it would be AWFUL!! My daughter was in a wedding and they ordered the dress too big. Once the dress arrived, 1 week before the wedding, they lied and told me that the size was the smallest in came in . . . a quick search of the Internet proved that the sizes actually started in a 2T. They refused to overnight me a new one, (b/c they are mfg. in China and it would be too expensive to overnight) and refused to offer any free alterations. (A cousin had straps taken up and a hem line done for $89.) So now a $165 dress is going to cost me 2x as much to have the alterations done. As a side note another bride was in the shop, and apparently the shop had order the wedding party's dress in the wrong color. . . . the shop was claiming again ignorance. . . They take absolutely no responsibility for what is ordered. In my case, they refused to acknowledge that they ordered the wrong size or even to admit that the dress could have been ordered in a smaller size. Good Luck to you if you decide to go with Terri's Bridal Shop . . . as I am finding out there is absolutely nothing you can do when mistakes happen - since you have committed to the wedding, you have to spend any amount necessary to get ready!
