Horrible service:
No one answers the phone. And when they finally did, they immediately cut me off to tell me they were busy. Never will I ever do business with them!

Ripoff:
Three MONTHS ago we sent Texas Chenille Embroidery an order form for our son's high school letter jacket, along with a check for $240 to pay for it. When the school district did not approve the request, we were told (by a Texas Chenille employee) that they would refund our money.
Three months and numerous phone calls later, they still have not re-imbursed us...basically stole $240! We are now in the process of taking legal action to get the money back.
DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK! We learned the hard way that not all businesses are honest.
