Set on the fringes of Hell's Kitchen, this "local" Greek rolls out "solid" cooking at "moderate" tabs, then ups the ante with "convenience" to Fordham, John Jay College and Lincoln Center; it's more than "welcome" in an "area of limited culinary resources", though ultimately "nothing to write home about."

The Greek Kitchen is a no-frills neighborhood restaurant in Hell's Kitchen. Start with traditional appetizers like stuffed grape leaves, hummus, tzatziki or spanakopita. Main dishes range from platters of gyro and souvlaki (skewers) to pastas and grilled whole fish.
