Wow, I agree with whoever wrote the previous review. Do not use this attorney, that's exactly what he did to me. I was not aware of his reputation and was fooled by him. I did not feel I was treated professionally either and did not receive information in a timely matter. His office will try to convince you that they don't get complaints and you are the only person whoever complains but don't believe it. My legal information was continually sent to the wrong address and all I would receive was the run-a-around when it was brought to their attention. I got the feeling the employees cover up for this attorneys unethical behavior because they are to unskilled to leave him.

Steven M. Bishop is not a religious man as he claims on his website. He is a predator. He sexually assaults and harasses his clients and employees. The San Diego Superior Court shows numerous lawsuits against him. He is a manipulator and can seem like he cares until he receives your retainer and demands an additional retainer within weeks. He over litigates and overcharges. Plain and simple....don't hire him. Investigate this "attorney" for yourself. Go to the San Diego Superior Court website and review the lawsuits against him. Call the California State Bar and inquire as to pending complaints.
