Got connected with this company through HSA, otherwise I would not have used them. My hot water pressure suddenly dropped to about 10% of normal.They sent a guy down the next morning after I called. He was a younger guy, didn't work too fast, didn't communicate what he was doing or what he thought was going on. He also did not describe their pricing model. I had to take off 2 hours from work while he checked all kinds of stuff (walking upstairs and back downstairs to check pressure over and over...not sure why he had to keep doing this). He couldn't figure out what the problem was other than saying "there is an obstruction." Do ya think? So after he talked to HSA, they said the problem was not covered, and I got stuck with the bill. How much? Almost $150. What did I get? Information I already knew. I did call them afterward, and they gave me a $50 refund, since they didn't actually do anything. But still, no company should charge a normal hourly rate when they don't accomplish anything. What ever happened to giving free estimates???
