Joshua Kopel's Five0Four opened five years ago in Hollywood, and now he's ready to fly downtown for a second location, slated to open in October. He takes over the former home to The Parish.

Casey Lane (Tasting Kitchen) is behind this "happening" British-accented gastropub on Downtown's Gallery Row serving "impressive" midpriced fare and house-cured meats, plus a food-friendly beer and cocktail menu; the airy space features exposed ductwork, polished wood and ornate wallpaper.
