The mission of the National Parkinson Foundation Heartland Chapter is to improve the quality of life for people touched by Parkinson's disease through a community approach providing outreach, education and resources. This includes the person diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, their caregivers, their family, their friends and the community that they live in.
