The "astoundingly good" cuts of meat are "always tender with lots of flavor" at this Columbia-Tusculum "tradition", a former police station turned "charming", "lively" steakhouse (with "tight" tables); fans say "fine service puts it over the top", although the "high" prices mean some save it for special events.
