As an experienced Apartment Locator in the Dallas area for over 10 years, and a resident of Carrollton myself who lives nearby the Springs of Indian Creek, I must say that this is a nice property, according to the other tenants I have sent there over the years, and my own observations. The leasing staff are friendly and helpful and responsive to concerns. The property is very well kept up and maintained, with nice amenities and features such as: a movie theatre for residents, 24 hour fitness center, putting green, enclosed dog park, garages, etc. Their prices are very reasonable, too, for a newer property with such amenities.
