I use UPS stores every week. I only have to drop off packages. I know I have used at least 3 other UPS store locations and have never been charged when I bring a box in, they tape it up and give me a tracking number.
THIS STORE, charged me more to tape up a few boxes than it would cost to buy a roll of tape. I expressed my concern to the "manager" older woman around 60, and she replies "we're in business to make money" "if you were a business man you would understand that" Well indeed madam and if you were a business woman who understood customer service you wouldn't have been so condescending and willing to loose a customer over some tape. So yeah you got your money for the tape. Is that a good trade off for your business to lost another customer? Think about it! Only giving one star since the system won't let me give zero stars!

Ripoff......they charged me more than double than what another ups store would charge for the same service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
