I normally don't plug companies, but if you're in Hampton Roads and need A/C, plumbing, or electrical work, Thomasson Enterprises is the way to go!!! My home warranty company referred me to them when my A/C broke. I'm pregnant and cannot stand the heat for long. Called one day and he fixed it the next. Polite, down to earth, highly certified, knowledgeable people! Plus, they came late to accommodate my schedule. The office staff that I talked to was so polite and helpful, but the technician REALLY wowed me. Mark Turner was my technician, and dealing with him felt like I was back in Southern IL dealing with a friend who was an AC specialist. Cannot say enough! WOW!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! These are the only people I will deal with from now on!
