Just another rip-off mechanic:
Stay away (even for small things)! These guys are a complete rip-off.
I took my car in to be serviced for a miss, blue smoke, and a service engine light. When I went back to get the car , all that they had done was replaced the spark plugs and turned the service engine light off (didn't fix it, just reset it). For that, they tried to charge me $90 for the service engine light and a whooping $200 for the plugs.
When I questioned $200 to change 8 spark plugs (anyone who's changed spark plugs knows that it takes about 10mins) the guy became noticeably uncomfortable. I think he knew that they had tried to stretch it a little too much this time. He knocked a little off the price and I drove away still spewing blue smoke with a miss. Two days later, the service engine light came back on and I had to take it somewhere else and start all over again. I live about a mile away from the Chapel Hill location and will never go back. I don't understand why it's so hard to find a mechanic that's not a complete dirt-bag.
