Pictures He Used were OVER 15 years old!
Condemable Building- RATS,BATS, BLOOD, MOLD,
GIANT HOLES IN ROOF- 90% OFF on Appraisal Value; MIKEY`s Appraisial Said: $106K W/NO Repairs/Renovations Needed.
