This was by far the worst experience I have had at a tire shop. I went in for an alignment and tire rotation. When I was in they mentioned I could have an oil change with the alignment for the same price, great right?

When I returned they rang me up and I was about to leave, then I asked how much the alignment was off? They then told me that they couldnt do the alignment due to a worn part on my truck. They then realized that they needed to refund that portion.

After this I walked back to the truck and realized that they also did not do the tire rotation that was the only other thing I asked for!

When I mentioned they offered to do it then but I was already late. So in the end I paid for an oil change I never wanted, and the manager was rude enough to argue with me over the whole situation.

NEVER use Toscalito. MANAGER does not care for you as a customer.

I purchased $650.00 worth of 4 New tires from Toscalito in Terra Linda. When I went back a year later to have a tire repaired they refused. My agreement was Free tire repair and rotation. They would do neither and I had made an appointment with them for that day.

So I went to Auto Stop Repair in Novato and they did it for me. Don't shop Toscalito in Marin County. They are very dishonest.
