This place is the bomb. After watching the crazy fat dude beating down the competition, I knew this would be the one. I've been to so many furniture stores and I hated them. They were so rude. Not these people at Town and Country Furniture. This store is like the IKEA of the South. I know one day that they will be rated in the top 10 furniture stores in the world. If they go out of business, it will be a very sad day to the whole world. I will travel as far as I need to find another one just like them. So to all them haters out there, watch this video and you will change your mind. Peace out!!!

I went to the store walked up to a person working there who turned to someone else and asked them if they needed help as if I was not there! I literally walked throughout the store for about 20 minutes without anyone asking if I wanted help. I started on my way to ask the owner to help me and he turned to someone else to help them! Finally one of the ladies in the store asked me if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she said this is all we have. Then I looked up and saw a couple of other customers looking at a catalog. I asked the lady do you have catalogs and she said yes there are over there. She finally gave me a catalog, then walked away. I think I would have understood if it had been a lot of customers, but there were only a few. Oh, and by the way, when I was walking around I saw water dripping on the furniture from the leaky ceiling.

This company business practices are very poor...They are not a customer friendly company..They lie and constantly give their customers the run around...Once they have your money they take their time to deliver you your merchandise and dont care how it affects you...No one there knows the owner...(thats what they say)..No one will give you any information to voice your complaint to upper management..The so called manager is never available when you want to speak with him...He lies just as much as the sales people...He will speak to you as if he is concerned but he never does and follow up on what he tells you he is doing for you...Don't spend your money here...Unless you are prepared to get the run around..I have been waiting for a lil over 2 weeks for furniture that I have already paid for. I will never ever ever ever ever shop here again or refer any one to shop here not even my worse enemy....Thats how bad this business SUCKS!!!!1
