Since 2007 the company has been providing Toys And Games.

I had placed 2 KCK-001 Desktop Payphones from this company and received 2 Black LF864 Keypad Programmable Desktop Payphones instead. Both Payphones were packaged in KCK-001 Desktop Payphone "Push to Talk" boxes. Not only did i receive the WRONG payphones, in deceiving packaging, they were DAMAGED and would not function properly. I had shipped these products back paying an additionl shipping and handling fee and was expected to be fully refunded but instead i was only refunded for the cost of the product. I had made many calls/e-mails requesting my full refund back but was always turned down stating shipping and handling was non refundable. The manager Johnson Kuo is very unprofessional when responding back to my e-mails. (very vague and short)..I would had never lost my shipping and handling cost if the products in which i received were the correct working products. I had been ripped off!!! For those out there who are thinking about placing orders through this website, please be careful!!!!!
