Actually look at their reviews. They have their friends submit 5 star reviews multiple reviews so you don't know what crooks they are!!!! Tranquility Ponds more than doubles the price of their products and then writes "all sales are final" very tiny on their receipts. I bought a pond pump for more than twice the price it is available anywhere else! The employee told me that it was cheaper than you could buy it anywhere else. When I looked on Amazon I was amazed that they would mark an item up this much and then sell it like I was getting a good deal. When I tried to return it they said "you can't return it because you opened it" I told them no I didn't open it. They said " all sales are final and we will not take it back. They are crooks and will I hope that they are out of business soon!
