The Coast Guard required replacement of our charter boat's fire fighting system's manual override cable. The model has been discontinued for years and no replacements were available from any of many suppliers we tried online, including ebay. We had almost given up and were about to spend thousands of $ on a new system, when Charles at Tri-County Fire found what we needed. It was on ebay, but listed under the main manufacturer's name, not the unit's brand name. Under $30 instead of over $3,000.00, and all because someone took the time and used his noodle. We have used Tri-County Fire for years, but are blown away by this extra effort. What a remarkable man and company!
