All these Negative feedbacks are false lies!:
I have checked out the posts below and they are all false claims. They seem to have been made by a lieing thieving individual named John Carr from Hillsdale, NJ. He does this to a large number of people apparently. If you call the director of the Dept of Consumer Affairs, Louise Garrity @ 973-504-6200, she will verify that John Carr is a liar and that they cant even get him on the phone because he knows hes wrong for doing this and now liable! Especially after he was given his bike back without charge and he signed a full letter of release.

BEWARE: preditor tactics...you will be violated!
Extremely poor communication with customer...doesn't answer phone or return calls. Begins work prior to getting authorization from customer and doesn't give a written estimate...once this is done he has possession of your bike and will not release it unless you pay his ransom! Grossly inlfates labor rates. Poor quality workmanship and lack of general knowlege of motorcycle engine diagnostics and repair with only one (auto) mechanic who is so "burned out" that he looses parts. Parts were missing from my bike and bolt holes were stripped on the frame (this had to be intentional). If you confront Eric Schroeder about this there's a chance that your bike will be vandalized in areas that are not readily evident...mine was! Tribal is currently under investigation with the NJ Attorney General: Consumer Fraud Protection Dept. Newark, NJ for illegal business practices. Contact this agency to verify. Most customers are just glad to get their bike out of there and go to another shop to complete the repairs and cut their losses...an expensive learning experience! You will need an attorney to get your bike back unless you pay his inflated bill...either way, you pay! Very sad that this business behaves like a preditor and not a legitmate business. PLEASE take the time to go to other legitimate repair shops and ask about Tribal, then watch the facial reactions of disgust! Don't call to get references about Tribal and Eric Schroeder because shops are reluctant to give info over the phone...they don't know who they are actually talking to. I had to have my attorney call this theif and have my bike removed from his shop unfinished and in pieces after he had it for 6 weeks. I have since been introduced to 4 other past cutomers of his..they ALL had horror stories and had to have their bikes trailered unfinished and in pieces to other shops. It's repair shops like this that give the entire industry a bad name.
