This place ruined, absolutely ruined my favorite Nicole Miller silk dress. Not only did they somehow make part of it pill, but after they cleaned it the fabric, once silky and smooth, felt rough and lost its shine. You want more? They didn't give it to me with the rest of my order. They forgot that they were hanging on to a $500 designer dress, I had to go back and specifically request that I receive all of my cleaning. Tribeca Watch Repair sucks--don't use them.
