The sales associate was extremely misleading telling us that everything would be ready by the time we needed it or we could have our money back. When the items finally came in they were dirty and needed cleaning. Not only that, the sales associate jokingly informed us that he made a mistake on our bill and that we actually owed him another one hundred dollars. He eventually took it out of his paycheck since we refused to pay extra. In spite of that the items were not clean or fitted properly. After allowing them several attempts to correct the problems nothing was ready by the time we needed it so we complained and asked for a refund. The sales associate refused claiming we were never promised anything. I wouldn't trust them.
