I have read all the reviews that are on this business and I have to say so far I haven't had a problem with billing . Maybe they have fixed it since 2016 , not sure . I have found the front desk friendly and the Tec's wonderful and caring . Going again on Monday the 13th and will re-evaluate.

I went in for a chest X-ray after my doctor faxed them a prescription. An hour later and I was still waiting. I questioned how much longer it would be until I was called in and they couldn't tell me. I was frustrated and left and went to Princeton Radiology a few minutes down the road. Princeton Radiology has AWESOME customer service. Something University Radiology needs to take lessons on. Save yourself the trip and just go to Princeton Radiology instead! You won't regret it.

They billed the wrong name to the insurance company and got denied. Then they immediately sent the account to collections even after I had them resubmit the claim with the proper patient. They got there check, paid in full, then put a claim on my credit report.
