While the customer service is good and staff are friendly, I recently became aware of a 60% surcharge on all items sent through this facility via USPS. I asked for an explanation over 2 months ago and none has been forthcoming. As a UPS franchise, they may NOT add a surcharge to UPS services, however, can do as they like on everything else! There is no signage noting this and as an unsuspecting customer I assumed they were a postal agency...wrong. I believe customers should be advised, at the very least, and I certainly expect a response to my letters and emails. It's doubtful I'll use them again.
