They bad mouth other businesses because of personal reasons, not business reasons. Sarah Chirico is very abrasive and does not seem organized. Emil happened to comment on a review that a customer left and WOW did she make her company look bad. These people have issues that they are not willing to acknowledge. I would rather take my dog somewhere else. Their grooming and training has more negative reviews than positive. I love my pets too much to take any chances. I am not one to write reviews but the owners (mainly Sarah) seem shady and I did not have a good experience before and I have not recently. No more chances, my well earned money will go to a respected facility.
