I booked a 30 seat party bus but the company called me the day before the party (just before 5:00 pm on a Friday) and told me that all they had available was a 26 seat party bus. I had no choice but to take it because it was much too late to get another company to service me. They even refused to take any money off of the price and I had no choice but to accept it. So I payed for a 30 seat and got a 26 seat which made it way more crowded. This was for my daughter's birthday and she was extremely disappointed because she had seen all sorts of pictures of the larger bus and loved it but this one looked completely different from what she had expected.
The only good thing that I can say about the company is that the driver was very professional and an all around nice guy who was on time.
