Poor customer service, Rude employee:
Poor customer service. My last 2 visits to Valvoline Express I've waited 20-25 minutes before I was even acknowledged, yesterday when I went a mechanic was actually rude. Business must be good when employees are rude to customers. Management should hire employees that can communicate, understand customer service and have manners. I'll take my hard earned dollars elsewhere.
