To start off, I try to stay away from writing reviews but when companies care more about the bottom line than their customers and contradict their own business statements of why they are in business...It warrants an honest review.
NOTE: I would read all recent customer reviews to make your own opinions on whether to use their services or not. But I have to echo other people's displeasure of being overcharged for minimal work and the fact of shady business practices. If you do your homework and search around there are very affordable companies with just as good if not better repair services.
Most recently we had them out for a "Warranty" service as the Furnace and AC unit were installed by them and only serviced by them. During that service the tech broke a piece of our heating and cooling unit. Instead of permanently fixing onsite, at the moment, he patched up to avoid any leak but it wasn't properly fixed. He stated he would need to call the office and have them determine if he can fix at their cost even though he damaged the part. After 2 weeks of trying to get a follow up response, through emails and calls to the office, we finally received a message stating they would try to replace part but "WE" would have to pay for the labor to fix AND if they aren't able to fix the piece their HVAC tech broke, we would have to pay more to replace the larger part that the smaller part fits into. What a crock of c@!p!... They preach they are customer focused but really aren't. Their message is "We break and you pay." Not only would I not recommend them but I would discourage anyone else from using them.

Outrageous Charges:
I purchased their expensive warranty following the installation of my new furnace. My furnace stopped working and was charged $200, I thought this was wrong but paid. It stopped working a month later and was charged again $351.50 this time! He said pay now or I will not fix. Being Dec 30 th and 15 degrees out I didn't really have a choice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!!
