Friendly, Honest, Caring.....Awesome!:
I had been having trouble starting my car, but I let it go too long and ended up broken down on the side of the road.
They towed my car for me (no charge). I thought I was going to have this huge bill for an alternator or something, turns out I just had a broken belt and bad tensioner.
Kimberly explained everything in plain english so I understood what was wrong and how much it would cost up front. Bill even came into the waiting room and showed me the broken belt.
They fixed my car and even washed it!
The shop is clean and very origanized- SO Professional!
