Still looking for apartment? Here're the reasons that VG might be the best choice for you:
1. You are a deaf or don't need sleep: This neighborhood is occupied by party animals. In the mid night, they turn on the music loudly and you can feel the wall vibrating. You may knock the door, but they're high and cannot hear you.
2. You are an Amish: The internet connectivity is poor and slow, so you won't be bother by overloaded information. It's also highly possible that you lost internet when thouderstrom come. I had experienced a 3-days no-connectivity vacation. By the way, the friendly management will tell you they have nothing to do with it, since it's a third party company's responsibility.
3. You are rich and don't mind to pay extra money which not in your contract: According to the staff and your lease(page 10, article 15), they have the right to change the rules at anytime. So expecting any new charge comes up.
4. You are an Environmental activists and don't have a car: Inadequate parking space force you do some walking exercise between garbage dumpsite and apartment, which in tern good to your health.
5. You want to get rid of your old car: My rommate's car got hit and run, but the management could not provide the surveillance tape.
6. You like to sit on the floor or stand still to watch TV: The staff took your old sofa, but didn't give you a new one after 3 weeks.
