worst place in the city to live:
Mary Bradford the building manager never fixes the hallway or any repairs that you need. The upstairs apartment flooded my apartment and it took a year and a half for them to finally fix the water damage wall after i reported them to the Better Business Bureau. shame shame shame. Worst place in the city to live.

Hi
New to the forum and first post, but have been reading this and other property investment forums for a while.
I am starting a new blog about Property investment in Australia and as part of the big launch I am writing a post about the one thing people wish they knew about property investment before they bought their first house, or - if they haven’t yet bought a property, their biggest fear about taking the plunge and purchasing an investment property.
So if you have 5 minutes to spare, I’d be grateful for your responses. I am happy to post a link with credit to your site as a thank you for taking part.
