Vince's opened in a converted convenience store in 1997 with 12 tables and 3 staff members. By re-investing most of the profits and working half days ( 12 hours is a half day - right?) Vince's has grown into its second location.
Not much resembles our early days except serving great Louisiana food to some of the most wonderful people!

Vince's South Port not only serves traditional Louisiana dishes like Chicken and Sausage or Seafood Gumbo, Shrimp or Crawfish Etouffee, Alligator, Fried Green Tomatoes, but also ages our Rib-eyes in-house for 28 days. We serve Pasta, Chicken as well as true Southern style Plate Lunches...
