As you see on this review, a picture of the dogs in question has been posted. I feel that this is a complete farce, but not in a humorous way. I myself did these two babies and with permission of said owner took pictuers to help with the promotion of our new business. I will say that after a good 15 minutes conversation with said owner about a bathing grooming schedule for her babies, nothing was mentioned about a "hack job", just praise and amazement, and on what planet do you leave a $20.00 tip on an unsatisfactory job? The phone call....yes called twice after 7 declines on the card. The amount of the charge went through but when it was being adjusted to add the tip.. "DECLINE". Funny how people can bad mouth, and want to cause issues for new businesses but in the end they can never take the "issue" where it needs to go, TO THE BUSINESS itself. Never once did this customer complain to us, I know that I would have requested my money back, and for my dogs to be fixed...that was 40.00 down the supposed drain? These dogs were groomed by me on the 21st, it took 5 days until the 25th for you to post a bad review. I am a professional and I would have handled things much differently then this. Hack Job
I brought my two yorkies in for a full groom, I showed one of the employees a picture of how I would like them trimmed. I stated I would like took keep the length of one of my yorkies hair (curly and silky). I pick up my dogs,COMPLETE HACK JOB. I have no other nice way to descibe this than a 5 yr old with scissors had done the cut. Uneven choppy and in no way what I had suggested. I Left a tip ( via debt card) NOT for the cuts, for the wash and nail trims...

Tacky
The following day
I have a voicemail, informing me that my tip ( not my payment) was not ran at the end of their business day
(failure on an employees part) and they would like me to come by to either pay them my tip via card or cash.
I listened to the voicemail twice to make sure I had heard it correctly .I have never had a company ask me for my tip that which they failed to run,.. The universe obviously felt the same way I did about the hack job.
