Do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from. I have NEVER had a worse customer experience. The service was horrific, and the owners downright rude. Once they have your money, you will no longer have access to any meaningful service or support. As an example, our rental was sent out broken. We learned after the fact they had been aware of it and had directed their staff not to tell us. We burned 2/3 of a day dealing with it, missing out on a special part of our itinerary. This was far from the only problem. So, even if they are the last company with availability, (as they were for us), keep trying elsewhere - you'll be glad you did...
