This review is long over due...
I was traveling across country last August taking my son to college in New York. We were in a fender bender on the freeway and I had some radiator damage. The police led us to Ruben's tire & repair shop. They said we would be taken care of there.
Boy, were they ever right! Ruben helped us in every way possible. He let us use his phone number for the insurance claim details, he let us use his tools, he told us about local repair shops to call, he helped us with the radiator, and lots of other things. We hung out at his place for a couple of hours waiting for our insurance issues to be resolved, and he checked on us several times to see how we were doing. He made a lousy situation into a pleasant experience with his kindness and concern.
Thanks Ruben! You are greatly appreciated. Next time I come to Cleveland, I'm bringing doughnuts to you and the guys.
