Overpriced, poor service.:
I gave one star only because the system wouldn't allow to me to enter my review without giving a star. If possible I'd give this company negative stars.
They sent out four cleaning people, they were at my house for five hours, I've had better results in less time with fewer cleaners from other national brand companies such as Merry Maids. Was quoted one price on the phone, given a different hourly rate when the job was completed. Bait and switch pricing, BEWARE. Mop and cleaning cloth fibers littered my house. I had to provide my own hard water cleaning product, in this case Kaboom.Residue from mop water marked my tile floors. Floors in general had a sticky residue. The area beneath tables wasn't swept or vacuumed. Mirrors had streaks. Switch plates were left untouched. I could go on and on. Diane charges premium rates for inferior cleaning service. The hourly rate is about double the charge of national cleaning companies, which would have been fine if the company had performed a DEEP CLEANING as promised, instead I was given a fluffing up and had to clean up after the cleaners. This service is far from being "white gloved". And to top it off one of their vans dripped oil in on my concrete driveway.
