Excellent Service, Honest Business Practices:
Over the past 4 years I have been progressively more impressed by the performance and level of dedication from Wick's A/C service.
My A/C unit has needed service on multiple times in the evening hours. Each time, Wick's is fast to return my call, assess my needs and arrive to performance the service call even at 10 pm at night.
They have never left my home without making the necessary and immediate repairs to leave me and my family with a working unit over night. In Laredo at 100 plus degrees-- there is no better service than one who thinks of their customers needs and safety first! When needed, they return the next day to complete the entire repair with new replacement parts-- just as promised.
No excess charges or fees, never an attempt to oversell anything.
Simply put, honest people doing exceptional quality work for more than fair prices. Thank you so much to Eric and his staff for always taking care of my family and our investment.
