They are impossible to work with. The Doctor was wanting to change my prescription over the phone without seeing me in the office to verify the prescription strength first. And then the office staff gave me a very hard time after I asked to come in and double check the prescription when I wasn't happy with my over-the-phone change. Absolutely Unprofessional. I've been wearing glasses for the last 20 years and have NEVER experienced such poor service and attention to details.
