Contracted them to repair, sand and seal my hardwood floor. Boards were not replaced, splintered spots all over, corners not sanded or sealed. Owner refuses to answer phone calls or texts.90 + days since they abandoned my project. BBB has 12 complaints against them including mine. They do not respond to the BBB and have "D" rating.

They were quick to get out and give me a quote when I first called. On the first day of work they stayed until 8pm to be able to get us into the house by the weekend. Very grateful, Thank you
