-Home sale closing inspection punchlists
-Replace corner boards, fascia, soffit, window sills, brick mould, and any other exterior trim
-Replace siding with Hardie Plank
-Install interior trim such as base boards, crown moulding, and wainscoting/beadboard
-Replace/install doors & windows
-Drywall repair
-Minor painting
-Other non-licensed handyman work
